Incito, a global consulting firm focused on Lean Six Sigma and culture-driven operational excellence, announced the appointment of Michael J. Olive as chief operating officer. The company said the leadership move is aimed at accelerating growth, scaling global operations, and strengthening its ability to deliver measurable transformation for enterprise clients.
Olive brings more than 30 years of global leadership experience to the role, with deep expertise in operational excellence, enterprise transformation, and strategic leadership. In his new position, he will oversee Incito’s global delivery, operational infrastructure, enterprise partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives as the firm expands its international presence.
Prior to joining Incito, Olive served as senior vice president at GP Strategies, where he led 1,700 professionals across 40 countries and managed a portfolio exceeding $180 million. During his tenure, he helped deliver consistent double-digit profitability while overseeing large-scale operational improvement initiatives for global organizations.
Throughout his career, Olive has led enterprise transformation efforts across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region. His work has focused on implementing operational excellence programs that generate multimillion-dollar annual savings and improve performance across complex organizations.
Olive began his career at Pratt & Whitney through the company’s MED 92 leadership development program. In that role, he supported manufacturing initiatives tied to the Boeing 777 and Joint Strike Fighter programs and participated in early Lean implementation teams. He later led Toyota-trained consulting teams and established global centers of excellence focused on operational performance and enterprise learning.
A graduate of Boston University’s College of Engineering with a degree in manufacturing engineering, Olive joins Incito as the firm continues expanding its mission of building culture-first systems designed to deliver both top-line growth and bottom-line savings for clients across manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, and public-sector industries.
