Its customers include manufacturing plants, food and beverage facilities and other industrial businesses.
The company serves both original equipment manufacturers and end users and supports its product portfolio with technical service and repair capabilities.
The Conrad Company has operated for approximately 58 years.
With Incline’s backing, the company plans to invest in its sales and technical teams, add capabilities and expand into adjacent product and service categories.
Growth initiatives are expected to include both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
Incline focuses on middle-market investments across services, value-added distribution, software and technology and specialized light manufacturing.
