By Amit Chowdhry • Dec 10, 2025

Incore Invest has completed a second closing of its Incore Invest II fund, adding approximately €15 million in fresh commitments and bringing total capital to about €40 million. The Stockholm-based investment firm said the expanded capital pool strengthens its ability to pursue new investment opportunities across the European technology landscape, especially in SaaS and fintech.

The firm noted that the second closing reflects strong support from both new and existing limited partners who continue to back its strategy of investing in proven technology companies with significant growth potential. Incore Invest II has already deployed capital into high-growth businesses, including Froda, an embedded finance platform operating across the Nordic region.

According to the firm, the additional capital increases its readiness to engage with founders, dealmakers, and investment banks as it identifies companies positioned to become category-defining leaders in European technology. The expansion of the fund also provides existing limited partners with further validation of the firm’s investment thesis and long-term strategy.

Incore Invest stated that the close arrives at a moment of renewed momentum in Europe’s technology markets. Software and fintech companies are benefiting from stabilizing macroeconomic conditions and increased availability of growth capital. The Nordic region continues to attract institutional and private investors due to a mature ecosystem and a steady stream of innovators developing scalable technology solutions.

With a focus on embedded finance and technologies positioned for international expansion, Incore Invest II plans to deepen its engagement with select companies and broaden its overall portfolio. The firm emphasized its hands-on partnership model as a key component of its approach to supporting high-growth technology companies shaping Europe’s next wave of innovation.
