Independent Pharmacy Cooperative has acquired IntegralRx, combining two organizations serving independent pharmacy owners across the U.S. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
IntegralRx has served thousands of independent pharmacies through purchasing programs, personalized support and other services designed around community pharmacy operations.
IPC plans to preserve those relationships while providing IntegralRx customers access to additional purchasing opportunities, products, business resources and IPC’s broader network of pharmacy services.
The cooperative has retained key IntegralRx personnel and plans to work with existing customers through the onboarding process.
Pharmacies will continue receiving dedicated support while gaining access to additional purchasing opportunities, including brand-name medications.
IPC is a member-owned cooperative that provides independent pharmacies with purchasing resources, pharmacy services, operational support, advocacy and business development programs.
The transaction follows IPC’s acquisition of USave Pharmacy Group, which became effective September 1, 2026.
