This merger brings together two organizations with a shared mission: to empower independent pharmacy owners through enhanced resources and collaborative opportunities.
USave Pharmacy Group, with a robust history spanning over 40 years, has helped unite independent pharmacy owners by providing vital services such as purchasing advantages, industry representation, and peer collaboration. Their long-standing focus on community-driven pharmacy practices has positioned them as a leader in the independent pharmacy sector.
IPC and the Nebraska-based USave have fostered a productive partnership since 2017. This collaboration has allowed USave pharmacies to leverage IPC’s extensive resources and innovative purchasing programs, improving operational efficiency and creating competitive advantages for independent pharmacy owners.
The acquisition will not change USave’s identity or the strong relationships it has cultivated within the pharmacy community.
