Indivisible Partners Onboards $800 Million Firm FMB Wealth Management

FMB Wealth Management has joined Indivisible Partners, giving the California-based wealth advisory firm access to additional operational, investment, planning and growth resources while preserving its existing client relationships and culture.

Based in Westlake Village, California, FMB manages approximately $800 million and serves business owners, professional athletes, executives, multigenerational families, philanthropists and individuals navigating high-asset divorces and other complex financial transitions.

FMB was co-founded in 1994 by Debbie Fields and her late husband, Tom Fields. Following Tom’s death in 2018, Debbie served as CEO for eight years and led the firm through a period of significant growth.

Under her leadership, FMB developed into a woman-led advisory business focused on combining technical financial planning expertise with personalized client service. The firm’s approach is designed to help individuals and families organize complicated financial matters and make decisions aligned with their long-term priorities.

The partnership with Indivisible follows an internal ownership transition at FMB. Debbie transferred majority ownership to the firm’s existing partners, led by Grant Blindbury, Danny Mock and JJ Fields.

The succession plan was designed to provide continuity for clients and employees while positioning FMB for its next stage of development. The next-generation leadership team intends to preserve the firm’s history and relationship-focused model while continuing its recent growth.

By joining Indivisible, FMB gains access to an expanded platform of operational infrastructure, investment resources and financial planning capabilities. The partnership will also provide growth support intended to help the advisory firm expand its services and strengthen its business.

FMB’s advisors will continue focusing on client advice, guidance and service while Indivisible provides support in areas that can require substantial internal resources. The arrangement is intended to help FMB increase its capabilities without changing the relationships that clients have built with the firm.

Indivisible Partners operates as an advisor-owned growth partnership serving independent wealth management teams. Its model combines advisor ownership with centralized resources, high-touch support and a collaborative platform.

The firm seeks to help advisory businesses maintain control over their client experience and culture while gaining access to resources that can support growth, succession planning and enterprise value creation.

For Indivisible, the addition of FMB expands its network with an established California advisory firm that has completed a transition to its next generation of leadership.

FMB will continue serving clients through a relationship-first approach, with investment advisory services offered through Indivisible Partners, a federally registered investment advisor headquartered in Clearwater, Florida.
