InduPro: Strategic Equity Investment Raised From Sanofi

InduPro Therapeutics announced a strategic equity investment from Sanofi along with a new research collaboration designed to accelerate the development of InduPro’s bispecific PD-1 agonist program for autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.

The program remains in preclinical stages, and the agreement grants Sanofi the right of first negotiation for the asset as both companies work together on preclinical and IND-enabling research. Sanofi will fund these activities in addition to providing the undisclosed equity investment.

The partnership deepens InduPro’s efforts to harness proximity biology for therapeutic development, leveraging the company’s proprietary high-resolution protein neighborhood mapping platform to identify novel co-target pairs with relevance to cancer, autoimmune conditions, and other disease areas. InduPro’s approach centers on selectively influencing cell signaling pathways by inducing protein proximity, enabling potential first-in-class and best-in-class programs through bispecific antibodies, antibody drug conjugates, and T cell engagers. The collaboration with Sanofi strengthens InduPro’s pipeline momentum as it advances candidates toward clinical evaluation.

Founded to develop therapies that exploit inherent and induced protein proximity, InduPro continues to expand its discovery engine across several modalities and disease indications. The company states that its platform allows precise interrogation of cell surface protein interactions to identify differentiated therapeutic opportunities.
