Industrial Logistics Properties Trust has appointed Anthony Paula as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective October 1, 2026. Paula succeeds Tiffany Sy, who will resign effective September 30. The company stated that Sy’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with Industrial Logistics Properties Trust or its manager, The RMR Group.

He currently serves as Vice President of The RMR Group (NASDAQ: RMR), where he is responsible for certain accounting, SEC reporting, and corporate finance functions. He has worked at RMR since 2011.
Paula has also served as Vice President of Diversified Healthcare Trust since December 2024 and will resign from that position in connection with his appointment at ILPT.
He is a certified public accountant and holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
