Inevitable AI Group has raised $6 million in pre-seed funding to build and launch AI-native software companies through a venture studio model. The round was led by Aleph.
Tel Aviv-based Inevitable AI Group, or IAIG, was founded by technology entrepreneurs Nimrod Lehavi and Ofer Bar-Or around the thesis that artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the economics of software development.
Rather than concentrating on a single startup, IAIG partners with entrepreneurs to create multiple AI-native businesses across established software categories.
The company aims to identify markets with proven demand and launch products within weeks, using AI throughout product development, go-to-market execution, operations and growth.
IAIG said its approach can enable new companies to reach feature parity with established software products in weeks while operating with significantly lower costs and smaller teams.
Since launching in January 2026, IAIG has created and launched five ventures and expects to launch dozens more by the end of the year.
The venture studio is primarily targeting software categories that have already demonstrated product-market fit but where AI could improve efficiency, accessibility, pricing or the overall customer experience.
IAIG believes many established software businesses face structural challenges in adopting AI because of legacy technology stacks, complex architectures and operating models developed before generative AI became widely available.
AI-native companies can instead design automation into development, customer service and business operations from their inception, potentially allowing smaller organizations to build and support enterprise-grade products.
The company sees this shift as a reinvention of the software-as-a-service model rather than its disappearance.
IAIG also expects AI to allow customers to increasingly use software customized to their particular needs, creating opportunities for new categories of products that would have been uneconomic to build using traditional development methods.
Founder and CEO Nimrod Lehavi previously founded and led payments infrastructure company Simplex, which was sold to Nuvei for approximately $300 million.
Co-Founder and COO Ofer Bar-Or brings more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning telecommunications, semiconductors, internet infrastructure, machine learning and other deep technology sectors.
Bar-Or is a graduate of Israel’s Talpiot program and previously spent seven years working in the Israeli space program.
The company believes AI can reduce the technical barriers associated with starting software businesses, allowing founders to devote more time to identifying customer problems and validating market demand.
Looking ahead, IAIG plans to expand its network of founders, enter additional software categories and continue refining its AI-native company-building model.
The firm also expects acquisitions, partnerships and integrations between AI-native startups and established software providers to become increasingly common as incumbent companies adapt to changing software economics.
