Infinedi Partners has expanded its investment team with the additions of Rohan Arora as Principal, Nitish Jindal as Vice President and Rob DeSena as Associate.
The New York-based private equity firm focuses on founder-owned businesses and typically targets situations where it is the first private equity investor in a company.
Arora joined Infinedi in March 2026 and is responsible for sourcing, leading, growing and exiting investments.
He most recently served as a Senior Vice President in the private equity group at H.I.G. Capital, where he worked from 2022 through 2026.
At H.I.G., Arora was involved in identifying, structuring, executing and financing investments as well as post-close operational growth and value creation initiatives. His investment focus included the consumer and business services sectors.
Before joining H.I.G., Arora held roles at Insignia and Novalpina Capital and began his career at Evercore.
Jindal joined Infinedi in July 2026 and is also responsible for sourcing, leading, growing and exiting investments.
Before joining the firm, he was an Associate in the Technology Opportunities Fund at Charlesbank Capital Partners, where he focused on investments in cybersecurity and vertical software.
Earlier, Jindal worked as an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, advising technology companies on sell-side M&A transactions.
DeSena joined Infinedi in June 2026.
He was previously a Senior Analyst at BrightTower, a boutique investment bank focused on technology and marketing services.
At BrightTower, DeSena advised corporate and private equity clients on middle-market M&A transactions.
The additions expand Infinedi’s investment team as the firm continues building out its lower-middle-market private equity platform.
Infinedi was founded in March 2018 by Jay Hegenbart and focuses on partnerships with founder-owned businesses and financial entrepreneurs.
The firm’s strategy differs from many traditional private equity approaches by concentrating exclusively on businesses receiving institutional private equity investment for the first time.
Infinedi also typically uses less financial leverage and targets longer investment holding periods than are common across the broader private equity market.
Its investments are generally structured as control transactions with significant founder reinvestment, allowing business owners to retain meaningful economic participation following a transaction.
The firm is backed by a group of institutional investors and continues to pursue new investment opportunities.
