Infinimmune has raised $75 million in Series A financing to advance a pipeline of fully human antibody therapeutics for atopic dermatitis and other inflammatory diseases. The round was co-led by Regeneron Ventures and Playground Global, with participation from RA Capital Management, Goldcrest Capital, Forge Life Science Partners, Godfrey Capital and Wild Tree Ventures. Existing investors Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, Everbright Biofund, Civilization Ventures and Pear VC also participated.
The financing will accelerate clinical development of Infinimmune’s two lead atopic dermatitis programs and support additional programs based on the company’s human-first biology approach. Funding will also support continued deployment of its Anthrobody discovery platform.
Infinimmune plans to initiate first-in-human studies for its two lead programs in 2027.
Those programs include IFX-101, a monoclonal antibody targeting IL-22 that Infinimmune is developing as a potential first- and best-in-class therapy, and IFX-201, a monoclonal antibody targeting IL-13 that the company is positioning as potentially best-in-class.
Infinimmune’s Anthrobody platform screens millions of individual memory B cells across hundreds of targets to discover natively paired, fully human antibodies. The company combines the platform with its GLIMPSE antibody language models to guide candidate selection and optimization.
The financing follows a multi-target antibody discovery collaboration with Merck announced in March 2026 that includes up to approximately $838 million in upfront and potential milestone payments.
