Infinite announced the acquisition of Dukas Linden Public Relations, a New York-based financial communications agency focused on asset management, capital markets, fintech, blockchain, crypto, and professional services clients. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Infinite’s communications and reputation management platform into the financial services sector while strengthening its position advising professional services firms, including major law firms and consulting organizations.
Founded in 2002, Dukas Linden Public Relations represents financial institutions and professional services organizations across asset and wealth management, capital markets, fintech, blockchain, crypto, accounting, and consulting sectors.
The combined company will offer integrated communications services spanning media relations, crisis communications, litigation support, media coaching, content development, social media strategy, and reputation management.
Infinite said the transaction establishes the company as a top communications advisor across both professional services and financial services sectors, with expanded transatlantic capabilities across the United States and London.
Following the acquisition, Infinite’s executive leadership team, including Founder and CEO Jamie Diaferia, President Zach Olsen, and Chief Operating Officer Isabel Podda, will remain in their current roles. Dukas Linden Public Relations President Seth Linden will assume a leadership position within the combined platform, while Founder Richard Dukas will serve as senior advisor.
The acquisition follows ParkSouth Ventures’ strategic investment into Infinite in August 2025 to support growth and acquisition expansion initiatives.
Infinite operates offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and London, providing communications and reputation management services globally.
