InfiniteWatch: $4 Million Pre-Seed Raised To Launch Agentic Customer Interaction Intelligence Platform

InfiniteWatch, an AI native platform for customer interaction intelligence, has emerged from stealth with $4 million in pre-seed funding led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Sequoia and A16Z scouts, Kibo Ventures, Kfund, LifeX, and four unicorn founders.

The company positions its software as an observability layer for the growing volume of AI-mediated customer interactions across both web and voice channels. InfiniteWatch said it analyzes more than 2 million customer interactions per month for its customers and aims to help organizations close the visibility and implementation gaps that can arise as AI agents take on more customer-facing work.

InfiniteWatch was founded in October 2025 by the former CoverWallet founding and leadership team, with operations in New York and Madrid. The team previously helped scale CoverWallet, an insurance technology business, to more than $1 billion in premium revenue before it was acquired by Aon, according to the announcement.

The platform is built around two core products, Session Replay Agent and Voice Agent, that are designed to both monitor existing interactions and deploy production AI systems. Session Replay Agent automatically analyzes web sessions to surface user experience issues tied to conversion performance, while Voice Agent deploys synthetic personas to test voice AI systems at scale and identify edge cases and quality issues before they reach customers. InfiniteWatch also said the Voice Agent can run in a monitoring mode to continuously evaluate calls for performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction insights.

Looking ahead, InfiniteWatch said it plans to expand the platform throughout 2026 with Messaging Agent, Email Agent, and AI Co Browsing capabilities, to share intelligence across products. The company also pointed to the rise of AI browsing agents and said businesses will need to understand how those agents interact with their websites, including the ability to identify patterns, predict issues before they affect customers, and recommend real-time optimizations for both human and AI-driven journeys.
