Infobric: KKR Added As New Investor

By Amit Chowdhry • Oct 2, 2025

Stirling Square Capital Partners (a renowned pan-European private equity firm specializing in growth investments) and KKR (a global investment firm known for its diverse portfolio and strategic investments) have jointly announced a significant growth investment in Infobric. Infobric stands out as a leader in providing software solutions tailored for the construction industry, addressing various operational challenges faced by contractors and subcontractors alike. With this new investment, KKR will acquire a substantial stake in the company, complementing the existing majority ownership held by Stirling Square and the management team of Infobric.

The combined expertise and financial backing from both Stirling Square and KKR are set to propel Infobric’s growth trajectory, facilitating further developments in product innovation, geographic expansion into new markets, and strategic mergers and acquisitions that strengthen the company’s position in the industry.

Infobric’s software solutions are instrumental for a broad range of stakeholders within the construction sector. Currently, the company supports over 12,000 general contractors, 75,000 subcontractors, and an impressive 450,000 app users across the Nordic countries and the United Kingdom.

Infobric has established a reputation for delivering mission-critical software that enhances compliance, transparency, sustainability, and health and safety outcomes on construction sites. Specifically, the company provides innovative workforce management tools and software for equipment and asset control, helping construction firms optimize their operations and effectively manage resources.

Since Stirling Square acquired a majority stake in Infobric in 2023, the company has witnessed substantial growth thanks to its focus on developing innovative digital solutions. Stirling Square has a proven track record in the global construction technology sector, exemplified by its successful investment in Hubexo.

This venture has enabled Hubexo to evolve from a Nordic market leader into a comprehensive global market intelligence and sales enablement software platform, active in 22 countries. Stirling Square brings extensive regional knowledge and operational experience, with its current portfolio including notable companies such as Hubexo, Logent, Assist24, and SAR.

KKR plans to make this strategic investment primarily through its Global Impact Fund II, which is dedicated to supporting companies that provide solutions to societal challenges while contributing to measurable progress toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Infobric’s software solutions have a particularly significant impact on enhancing safety conditions at construction sites, as evidenced by customer feedback that highlights measurable improvements in worker safety outcomes and greater adherence to labor laws.

This alignment with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) underscores the positive societal impact of Infobric’s offerings. Furthermore, this investment marks KKR Global Impact’s first foray into the Nordics and follows its recent strategic investments in notable Swedish companies, such as Etraveli and Karo Healthcare. KKR’s extensive experience in investing in technology-enabled services businesses, both in Europe and globally, provides Infobric with invaluable access to capital, operational expertise, and a powerful global platform for further expansion.

As part of this deal, which is subject to customary closing conditions, Summa Equity will divest its minority stake in Infobric. While the financial terms of this investment have not been disclosed, the collaboration among Stirling Square, KKR, and Infobric is poised to create significant value in the construction technology sector.

Advisors: Goodwin Procter and Vinge AB acted as legal advisors. Arma Partners served as financial advisor to KKR and Kirkland & Ellis and Roschier served as legal advisors.
