InfoSync Services, a provider of outsourced professional services, announced its sale from Staple Street Capital to CogentHub, a global business technology solution provider.
InfoSync provides comprehensive outsourced accounting, finance and payroll services to multi-unit franchisees and franchisors. And InfoSync specializes in helping restaurants and other multi-unit businesses reduce costs, improve reporting, and focus on their core business by relying on experienced outsourcing professionals.
CogentHub provides various business technology services, including front-office management, knowledge services, integrated BPO, and back-office management. They serve clients in various end markets – including travel & hospitality, healthcare, telecom & ISP, utilities, and e-commerce and utilize a global footprint to provide best-in-class BPO solutions to multinational clients.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
