Infosys To Buy in-tech

Infosys, a digital services and consulting leader, announced it is acquiring in-tech, an engineering R&D services provider focused on the German automotive industry. This strategic deal further strengthens Infosys’ Engineering R&D capabilities and reaffirms its continued commitment to helping global clients navigate their digital engineering journeys.

Based in Germany, in-tech is one of the fastest-growing Engineering R&D services providers shaping digitization in the automotive, rail transport, and smart industry sectors. in-tech builds solutions in e-mobility, connected and autonomous driving, EVs, off-road vehicles, and railroads. In-tech services include system design, methodical consulting, advanced electronics platform development, automotive-specific software and hardware systems validation, and infotainment and experience validation.

With this deal, in-tech brings Infosys marquee German OEMs, deep client relationships, and extensive industry expertise with a multidisciplinary team of 2,200 people across locations in Germany, Austria, China, the UK, and nearshore locations in the Czech Republic, Romania, Spain, and India.

The deal is expected to close during the first half of fiscal 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
