Innodata has announced a series of executive leadership and board changes aimed at supporting its expansion as demand increases for its generative artificial intelligence solutions and data engineering platforms. The company appointed Rahul Singhal as President and Chief Revenue Officer, strengthening its focus on product strategy, roadmap development, and go-to-market execution across its AI and digital transformation businesses. Singhal previously served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Revenue Officer and has played a central role in expanding the company’s customer relationships and solution development.
The company also appointed two new members to its Board of Directors. Daniel H. (Don) Callahan, a seasoned executive with leadership experience at Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and IBM, will join the board. General (Retired) Richard D. Clarke, who led the U.S. Special Operations Command and currently serves on the board of General Dynamics, will also join. The company expects their backgrounds in global operations, technology, and national security to support Innodata’s continued expansion into enterprise and government markets.
The Board has named CEO Jack Abuhoff as Chairman and appointed Stewart Massey, a director since 2009, as Lead Independent Director. Nauman (Nick) Toor, who has served on the Board since 2019, is stepping down to pursue a new opportunity. The company stated that the board is now composed of five directors, four of whom are independent.
The leadership updates come as Innodata prepares to report financial results for the third quarter of 2025. The company will release the results and host a conference call later today.
