Masdar To Buy Saeta From Brookfield For $1.4 Billion

Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC - Masdar announced the proposed acquisition of Saeta Yield from Brookfield Renewable for an implied enterprise value of c. US$1.4 billion (€1.2 billion). The closing of the deal is subject to customary approvals and is expected to happen around the end of this year.
