Insider One announced the acquisition of Bluecore, a retail marketing technology provider serving more than 400 enterprise brands, including ALO Yoga, J.Crew, Sephora, Bloomingdale’s, The North Face, Ralph Lauren, QVC, and Michael Kors. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition is designed to strengthen Insider One’s position in autonomous customer engagement by expanding its retail data infrastructure and identity resolution capabilities. The company said the addition of Bluecore’s shopper identification technology and behavioral data platform enhances its ability to support AI-driven, end-to-end customer engagement at enterprise scale.
Insider One said its platform combines a native customer data platform, cross-channel journey orchestration, personalization technology, and AI agents that autonomously manage customer engagement workflows. According to the company, its closed-loop architecture continuously ingests customer interaction data, allowing AI systems to make and execute marketing and engagement decisions in real time across more than 12 digital channels.
A key component of the acquisition is Bluecore’s Transparent ID Network, which processes more than 10 billion daily shopper events and powers machine-learning models designed for retail commerce applications. The technology is intended to help retailers convert anonymous digital visitors into identified customers while delivering personalized experiences across email, SMS, mobile, websites, and paid media channels.
Insider One said the transaction also accelerates its expansion across North America by deepening relationships with Bluecore’s large retail customer base. The company currently serves more than 2,000 global brands, including Samsung, L’Oréal, Unilever, Allianz, ING Group, Toyota, Singapore Airlines, and Gap Inc..
The company said it operates across more than 30 offices globally with over 1,500 employees representing more than 50 nationalities.
