Insider One announced the acquisition of Bluecore, adding Bluecore’s retail identification and behavioral data capabilities to Insider One’s agentic customer engagement platform. The deal is designed to strengthen Insider One’s infrastructure for autonomous, AI-driven customer engagement at enterprise scale.
Insider One said the acquisition enhances its position as a fully integrated platform that combines customer data infrastructure, journey orchestration, personalization, and AI agents capable of autonomously planning, executing, and optimizing customer engagement strategies in real time.
The company described its platform as operating on a closed-loop architecture that integrates a native customer data platform (CDP), identity resolution, contextual data graphs, and orchestration across more than 12 channels. Insider One said the system continuously learns from customer interactions, feeding engagement outcomes back into its intelligence layer to improve future decisions and reduce reliance on traditional marketing campaigns.
As part of the acquisition, Bluecore’s Transparent ID Network will become part of Insider One’s broader customer engagement infrastructure. Bluecore’s platform processes more than 10 billion daily shopper events and specializes in shopper identification and predictive retail marketing technology.
Insider One said the integration of Bluecore’s identity graph and behavioral data infrastructure will help enterprise brands deliver more personalized and autonomous customer experiences across digital channels.
The company added that its Agent One™ suite enables brands to interact with customers in real time while continuously generating intent and preference data that enrich customer profiles and improve performance over time.
Insider One currently serves more than 2,000 customers globally, including brands such as Samsung, L’Oréal, Unilever, Allianz, ING Group, Toyota, Singapore Airlines, and Gap.
Bluecore’s platform is used by more than 400 retailers, including ALO Yoga, J.Crew, Sephora, Bloomingdale’s, The North Face, Ralph Lauren, QVC, and Michael Kors.
