Insigneo, an international wealth management firm focused on serving clients across the Americas, announced that it has successfully completed the integration of client accounts from VectorGlobal Wealth Management Group (VectorGlobal WMG) and its Registered Investment Advisor affiliate, VectorGlobal IAG. The transaction, which was originally announced in 2025, further expands Insigneo’s platform, geographic reach, and wealth management capabilities across the region.

The acquisition adds nearly $4 billion in client assets from Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Venezuela, the United States, and Canada, increasing Insigneo’s total supported client assets to approximately $37 billion. The transaction also establishes the firm’s presence in Canada through the launch of Insigneo Canada ULC.

More than 100 investment professionals and support personnel joined Insigneo as part of the integration, strengthening the firm’s ability to serve clients and investment professionals throughout Latin America and North America.

The deal represents Insigneo’s third major Latin America-focused transaction in recent years. Previous acquisitions included Citi’s international businesses in Puerto Rico and Uruguay in 2022 and the integration of PNC’s offshore accounts serving Mexican clients in 2023.

Insigneo said the transaction aligns with its strategy of expanding its footprint across Latin America while enhancing its wealth management platform and advisor support capabilities. The company now supports more than 500 investment professionals, including 68 institutional firms serving over 32,000 clients worldwide.
