Inspiren: $100 Million Series B Raised For AI-Based Solutions Redefining Senior Living

By Amit Chowdhry • Oct 1, 2025

Inspiren, a leader in AI-powered solutions that are redefining senior living, has announced it has raised $100 million in Series B funding. This financing round was led by global software investor Insight Partners, with participation from Avenir, Primary Venture Partners, Scale Venture Partners, Story Ventures, Third Prime, and Studio VC. With this new funding, Inspiren’s total funding now stands at $155 million.

The senior living landscape is evolving. Rising acuity levels, staffing challenges, and increasing expectations from residents and their families are reshaping the industry. Operators must adapt quickly to meet these demands, and Inspiren is building an ecosystem to support them in doing so.

Unlike point solutions, Inspiren unifies resident safety, care planning, staffing, and emergency response into a single AI-powered platform. In March, the company launched the industry’s first complete senior living ecosystem, integrating these core functions into one seamless solution.

Recently, Inspiren enhanced Inspiren HQ, a web-based platform that allows community leadership to monitor the overall health of their communities. This included the launch of Inspiren Intelligence, an advanced analytics engine that provides a comprehensive and real-time view of clinical and operational insights. This engine delivers actionable information across resident safety, care planning, and staffing. With its intuitive and user-friendly design, Inspiren Intelligence represents a significant advancement in utilizing AI to drive meaningful outcomes in senior living.

The new funding will accelerate Inspiren’s ability to expand its AI capabilities, bring its ecosystem to more communities nationwide, and elevate clinical outcomes, staff efficiency, and trust among residents and their families. Communities using Inspiren have already seen immediate, measurable impacts. For instance, Ascent Living Communities detected and confirmed a fall within hours of going live, enabling timely medical attention and the diagnosis of a stroke. Heritage Communities achieved an 86% reduction in falls with injuries related to bedrooms. Arrow Senior Living, installed in 27 communities across six states, is positively impacting the lives of thousands of residents and staff. Arrow and Inspiren jointly received the 2024 McKnight’s Technology Award and are 2025 finalists.

In the past year, Inspiren has more than doubled its customer base, promoted internal talent, and recruited experienced leaders from some of the world’s most innovative organizations. Notable additions include Mike Hsu as Chief Operating Officer, formerly from Anduril and Peloton; Dominique Simoneau-Ritchie as Chief Technology Officer, previously with Affinity, Wealthsimple, and Shopify; Lynne Hamilton as Chief People Officer, who was formerly with Black Crow AI and Intent; Brian Gwiazdowski as Head of Finance, formerly from Primary Venture Partners and Vista Equity Partners; and Skye Peckenpaugh as Head of Marketing, who previously worked with Flock Safety and VTS.

With the new funding round, a strengthened leadership team, and growing momentum in the senior living sector, Inspiren is well-positioned for rapid scaling, accelerated innovation, and delivering unmatched value to residents, families, and operators nationwide.
