Inszone Insurance Services announced the acquisition of Jaffery Insurance & Financial Services, an independent insurance agency based in Omaha, Nebraska, marking Inszone’s entry into the Nebraska market and expanding its presence in the Midwest.
Founded in 2019 by Cyrus Jaffery, Jaffery Insurance & Financial Services quickly grew into one of Nebraska’s fastest-growing agencies, focusing primarily on personal lines insurance such as home and auto coverage. The company built its growth through partnerships with real estate agents and mortgage professionals while emphasizing strong client relationships and service.
Through the acquisition, Inszone aims to strengthen its geographic footprint while maintaining the client-focused culture of the Omaha-based agency. Clients of Jaffery Insurance will continue working with the same agents while gaining access to Inszone’s broader carrier network, expanded tools, and nationwide resources.
Inszone Insurance Services, headquartered in Sacramento, California, was founded in 2002 and operates as a full-service insurance brokerage providing property and casualty coverage as well as employee benefits solutions. The firm continues to expand through both organic growth and acquisitions.
Following the deal, Inszone now serves clients through offices across numerous states, including California, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Washington, with further nationwide expansion planned.
