Inszone Insurance Services announced the acquisition of Kevin Taylor Insurance Agency, LLC, which operates as Taylor Insurance Agency, strengthening the company’s personal lines insurance presence in Texas and expanding its footprint in San Antonio.
Founded in 2011 as a captive agency before transitioning to an independent agency model in 2014, Taylor Insurance Agency built a substantial personal lines portfolio under founder Kevin Taylor. The agency grew entirely through Taylor’s own book of business without relying on subproducers, helping establish a loyal client base across the region.
The acquisition is expected to provide Taylor Insurance Agency with expanded operational and back-office support as it integrates into Inszone’s national platform. The companies said the partnership will enable the agency to focus on continued growth and client service while leveraging Inszone’s broader infrastructure and strategic resources.
Inszone Insurance Services, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, offers commercial, personal, property and casualty, and employee benefits insurance solutions.
