Integrate: $17 Million Series A Raised For Defense Tech Project Management Platform

Integrate, a developer of an ultra-secure project management platform designed for dynamic, multi-entity execution, said it has raised a $17 million Series A financing to accelerate new product capabilities for government customers and scale go-to-market across the defense technology sector. The round was led by FPV Ventures with participation from Fuse VC and Rsquared VC. Returning investors include New Vista, Hyperplane and Riot Ventures. As part of the financing, FPV Ventures co-founder and managing partner Wesley Chan joined Integrate’s board.

Integrate said its platform is the first and only collaborative project management system deployed to the classified Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System environment, enabling real-time collaboration on top-secret programs involving hundreds of companies and stakeholders operating across multiple clearance levels. The company described its platform as AI-native and designed to eliminate siloed workflows for internal and external partners while supporting secure coordination on mission-critical programs.

The company said it has an agreement with the U.S. Space Force and that its technology is now required for U.S. Space Force launch programs. Integrate said that under a $25 million contract with the U.S. Space Force, it has added dozens of aerospace and defense partners, and that the new funding will support expansion of its technology into additional sectors, including maritime, aviation, and automotive.

KEY QUOTES

“It’s clear that the market has an appetite for technologies that are additive to the massive global defense tech sector. Integrate’s AI-native platform has the potential to upend the market and accelerate the speed of innovation as we know it. Within one day of meeting John and the team, we were sold on their technology, market application, and results with customers.”

“For too long, governments have wasted billions on bespoke, custom products that ultimately fall short in advertised capabilities, security, and availability. The tides are turning on widespread government inefficiency, and commercial ‘off-the-shelf’ products are becoming the new norm. There is no other project management software on the market today close to offering the same level of security, accessibility, and collaborative experience that Integrate does.”
