Integrated Partners announced it has added Fair Street Advisors, a Guilford, Connecticut-based advisory firm overseeing more than $233 million in assets under management, to deepen its capabilities for high-net-worth clients.
The move brings founder and managing partner Vincent Esposito and his team, partner Connor Dolan and client service administrator Rebecca Stakelum, onto Integrated’s platform. Integrated said it serves more than $23.8 billion in assets under advisement and provides advisor support through an infrastructure that includes advanced planning resources and its CPA Alliance.
Fair Street focuses on comprehensive planning and investment management for high-net-worth individuals and families. Integrated said Fair Street sought a long-term partner to help support increasingly complex client needs while maintaining the firm’s identity and relationships.
Integrated president Andree Mohr said the firm, which is marking its 30th anniversary this year, is prioritizing partnerships with established advisory teams seeking greater planning depth and a collaborative platform. Esposito said joining Integrated will allow Fair Street to expand what it can offer clients while preserving its culture.
Integrated said the addition of Fair Street follows recent onboarding activity, including Morrison Nordmann Wealth Management, and nearly $2 billion in new advisory relationships added in 2025. The firm said it supports more than 220 advisors, partners with 250-plus CPAs, and operates across 116 regional offices nationwide.
Fair Street also highlighted its community involvement, including support for organizations focused on children’s well-being and childhood disease research, including the Apraxia Resource Center of Connecticut, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, and Make-A-Wish.
