Integrated Partners – a national financial planning and registered investment advisory (RIA) firm that serves $18+ billion in assets under advisement (AUA) – announced the promotion of Andree Mohr to president. Mohr has frequently earned recognition among her peers via accolades and industry awards, playing a major role in the firm’s development since joining in 2015.
Mohr joined Integrated Partners as director of business development, applying her skills from earlier positions to strengthen advisors’ practices through marketing planning, technological enhancements, and practice management support. Rapidly advancing through executive levels, Mohr also held positions as vice president of strategy and development before assuming her most recent role of chief implementation officer.
As president, Mohr will be responsible for integrating new advisory teams and implementing enhancements to Integrated’s platform that better support advisors. And she will uphold her focus on enhancing the client experience, emphasizing advisor training and planning within Integrated’s family office. Plus, Mohr has already played a pivotal role in developing Integrated’s CPA Alliance program and will continue refining and expanding the flagship offering. The program is designed to align wealth management teams with certified public accountants (CPAs) as they work to tackle the ever-increasing complexity of their clients’ financial lives holistically.
Paul Saganey, CFP, founder and CEO at Integrated Partners and Mohr, will maintain close collaboration. Mohr’s expanded responsibilities allow Saganey greater flexibility to shape the company’s vision and long-term objectives. Mohr will also prioritize implementing technological enhancements for advisors, streamlining access to practice-level data and metrics to facilitate their focus on enhancing enterprise value.
