Integrated Water Services announced the acquisition of Complete Filtration Resources, expanding its capabilities in process filtration and industrial wastewater solutions, particularly within the food and beverage sector and dairy industry.
The acquisition strengthens IWS’s strategy of building a diversified water infrastructure platform by combining Complete Filtration’s industrial wastewater expertise with IWS’s membrane bioreactor (MBR), aeration, and modular treatment technologies. The combined company will focus on delivering end-to-end water reclamation and wastewater treatment solutions for industrial customers.
The companies said the partnership creates several strategic advantages, including an expanded solution portfolio spanning process filtration through wastewater treatment, additional cross-selling opportunities across industrial and food and beverage markets, and modular system designs intended to improve deployment speed, flexibility, and cost efficiency for customers.
The combined platform will also expand digital, remote monitoring, and system optimization capabilities designed to help customers address workforce shortages and long-term operational needs.
John Park, CEO of Complete Filtration, will remain active in the combined organization and continue to hold significant ownership in the business following the transaction.
IWS executives said the acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term focus on scalable, purpose-driven water and wastewater infrastructure solutions for underserved mid-market customers.
The deal closed on May 12, 2026.
