Integrity has acquired Retirement Health Solutions, a Medicare-focused independent marketing organization based near Salt Lake City. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the acquired company will join Integrity’s national insurance and retirement planning platform.
Founded in 2009, Retirement Health Solutions provides health insurance education and enrollment support through a nationwide agent network. The company has expanded through partnerships with credit unions, medical clinics, financial organizations and other institutions that connect individuals with Medicare coverage options.
The acquisition will give Retirement Health Solutions access to Integrity’s legal, human resources, compliance, marketing and technology services. The company also plans to use the broader platform to expand into life insurance, wealth management and retirement planning while continuing to develop its agent network.
Retirement Health Solutions has adopted IntegrityCONNECT, an AI-enabled operating platform that supports insurance quoting, applications, enrollment, policy management and agent workflows. The platform also includes Ask Integrity, a voice-activated digital assistant that provides data analysis, intelligence and recommendations within the agent experience.
The partnership will connect Retirement Health Solutions with Integrity’s network of insurance and financial services businesses while preserving its focus on agent development and Medicare-related client service.
