Integrity announced that it acquired Stride Health, a portable benefits technology platform that enables flexible digital insurance enrollment for independent workers. The acquisition is intended to expand Integrity’s reach in the under-65 healthcare benefits market.
Stride serves independent, gig, and part-time workers through a platform that helps users access portable benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. The company embeds its technology into workforce management platforms to simplify enrollment for workers who may not have access to traditional employer-sponsored coverage.
Stride works with more than 140 gig economy and payroll platforms, including Uber, DoorDash, Gusto, and Amazon Flex. Its marketplace is already connected to more than 4.6 million workers and over 140 enterprise partners.
Integrity said the acquisition combines its AI-powered technology, omnichannel distribution platform, and nationwide agent network with Stride’s consumer marketplace and enrollment capabilities. The combined platform is designed to help workers access coverage through fully digital and agent-assisted channels.
The deal also creates opportunities for Integrity to expand engagement across life, health, and wealth products. Integrity said Stride’s technology will help improve enrollment, increase benefits access, and provide more visibility into consumer behavior across the insurance journey.
Stride’s platform will interface with Integrity’s broader technology stack, including IntegrityCONNECT, the company’s AI-first platform for agents. Through IntegrityCONNECT, agents can assist consumers during quoting, application, enrollment, relationship management, and renewals.
Integrity also said Stride will support agent-centric innovation by creating a pathway for its distribution network to reach more consumers in the under-65 market. Ask Integrity, the company’s AI-powered voice-activated digital assistant, will further support coverage recommendations and policy lifecycle reminders.
Founded in 2014, Stride helps independent workers manage health insurance, savings, and taxes through a portable benefits platform. The company said it has helped more than 4.6 million workers save over $8 billion on taxes and health insurance premiums.
