Integrity, a Dallas-based AI-first distribution platform for life and health insurance, wealth management, and retirement planning, has acquired TC Financial, an independent marketing organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
TC Financial is led by Kristopher “Kit” Curry and provides life and health insurance and annuities across the Midwest. The agency has built a reputation for prioritizing client needs, maintaining impressive agent retention, and fostering a people-first culture centered on relationship building and structured mentorship.
The acquisition gives TC Financial access to Integrity’s technology platform, including IntegrityCONNECT, an all-in-one system covering the quoting, application, enrollment, and policy management process, and Ask Integrity, an AI-powered voice-activated digital assistant that provides in-the-moment data analysis and recommendations to help agents improve outcomes and deepen client relationships. TC Financial agents will also gain access to Integrity’s broader partner network and its ecosystem of life, health, and wealth solutions.
