Integrity Care Group Acquires 15 NextCare Clinics

Integrity Care Group acquired 15 NextCare clinics across Oklahoma, Missouri, and Nebraska, expanding its healthcare network to 100 locations across five states.

The acquisition marks Integrity Care Group’s entry into Missouri and Nebraska and expands its existing presence in Oklahoma.

Approximately 200 employees from the acquired clinics joined Integrity Care Group as part of the transaction.

The clinics will continue operating under their existing names during the initial integration period before transitioning to the Integrity Urgent Care brand later in 2026.

Integrity said there will be no immediate changes to services or the patient experience.

The company plans to invest in facility improvements, refreshed branding, new diagnostic equipment, expanded laboratory capabilities, and more integrated medical-record and operating systems.

The 15 locations include nine clinics in Oklahoma, four in Missouri, and two in Nebraska.

The acquisition follows Integrity Care Group’s recent unification of Xpress Wellness and its regional walk-in clinic network under the Integrity brand.

Integrity Care Group now operates across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

The company provides urgent care, virtual primary care, virtual behavioral health, occupational medicine, and post-acute care.

Integrity Care Group has more than 1,300 employees across its 100 locations.

The company is backed by the Goldman Sachs Sustainable Investment Fund.
