Integrow announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cloud Consulting Inc. (CCI), an Atlanta-based cloud, ERP, and CRM consulting and services firm, as it looks to expand service delivery capacity and support more end-to-end customer transformation work.
Under the agreement, Integrow plans to acquire all outstanding equity of CCI and integrate CCI’s team into its broader services organization. Integrow said the combination is expected to strengthen its ability to deliver cloud-native business solutions spanning strategy, implementation, and ongoing managed services.
Founded in 2021, CCI has built capabilities across cloud advisory, ERP, and CRM implementations, and customized cloud development. Integrow highlighted CCI’s experience across platforms, including Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and full-stack cloud integrations, as a close fit with Integrow’s focus on integrated business transformation offerings.
Integrow said all CCI staff, including leadership and consulting teams, are expected to transition to Integrow following the closing. The company expects the transaction to enhance its professional services framework and expand the range of cloud-centric solutions and lifecycle support it can provide customers.
The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory clearances and other standard provisions. Integrow said it expects the deal to close by the third quarter of 2026, after which broader integration planning will begin.
