IntelyCare has acquired CareRev, an on-demand workforce platform built for acute care, in a deal aimed at creating a more comprehensive clinical labor solution for health systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The combination brings together IntelyCare’s technology-enabled staffing platform, historically rooted in post-acute care, with CareRev’s acute-care-focused offering. IntelyCare said the expanded platform is designed to help providers manage rapidly shifting workforce needs across both acute and post-acute settings through a flexible, integrated technology stack.
The combined company’s offerings will span clinician-facing job boards, recruiter and sourcing tools, contingent labor resources, and internal resource pool capabilities. IntelyCare said the platform is intended to give facilities a single technology layer to manage permanent staff, internal pools, and contingent labor while maintaining consistency and quality across care settings.
Both organizations will continue operating under their existing brands and services, with continuity for customers and clinicians.
