Intentsify Acquires Salutary Data In Second Strategic Deal Following Five By Five

By Amit Chowdhry ● Jan 28, 2026

Intentsify has acquired Salutary Data, adding a large-scale U.S. B2B contact and company-intelligence provider to its intent-data and signal-based go-to-market platform as the company continues an acquisition-driven expansion following its prior Five by Five deal.

The acquisition is intended to strengthen Intentsify’s “identity layer” by pairing intent signals with verified human identity, improving identity resolution and enriching account and contact profiles for activation across advertising, sales, and marketing workflows. Intentsify said Salutary’s data validation rigor and breadth of U.S.-based B2B contacts will enhance the unified data ecosystem supporting both Intentsify and 5×5 customers.

Intentsify also pointed to continued momentum that it said supports further strategic investment, citing 21% overall revenue growth and 50% growth in data solutions revenue in 2025. The company said customers should expect no disruption to service and expanded capabilities as integration proceeds.

KEY QUOTES

“Our vision is to build the strongest possible engine for B2B growth, and that requires moving beyond the industry’s status quo. By adding Salutary Data to the portfolio of Intentsify companies, we are doubling down on the identity layer of our intelligence engine. In an era where our competitors are struggling to maintain independence, we are accelerating.”

Marc Laplante, Co-Founder and CEO, Intentsify

“Joining the Intentsify portfolio is a massive win for our team and, more importantly, for the B2B organizations we serve. Our mission has always been to provide the cleanest, most reliable data available; by becoming a core part of this broader intelligence ecosystem, we are accelerating our ability to deliver that at an unprecedented scale. This acquisition allows us to fuel a more powerful, unified growth engine, ensuring that go-to-market teams finally have access to the most actionable and intelligent data on the market today.”

Scott Gordon, CEO, Salutary Data

“Our transition from competitors to partners proves that the sum of our intelligence is far greater than its individual parts. Because we’ve worked with the Salutary Data team for years, we knew their innovative DNA matched ours perfectly. This acquisition isn’t just a business deal; it’s a natural evolution of a shared entrepreneurial vision.”
