InterProse Acquires Beam Software To Expand End-to-End Collections Technology Offering

By Amit Chowdhry • Jan 8, 2026

InterProse, a provider of web-based debt recovery software, has acquired Beam Software, a purpose-built collections platform focused on portfolio management and servicing for debt buyers and servicers. InterProse said the deal, which closed in mid-December, expands its technology portfolio and strengthens its ability to serve a broader range of accounts receivable management (ARM) customers across the full debt lifecycle.

Beam will be integrated into InterProse’s operations and product offering. InterProse said Beam customers should see no disruption, with contract terms unchanged and ongoing support continuing as before. The combined company is positioning the acquisition as a way to pair Beam’s inventory management, purchasing, and servicing tools for debt buyers with the InterProse ACE platform’s automation, omnichannel communications, and compliance-oriented workflows used by third-party collection agencies and first-party recovery teams.

InterProse CEO Kyle Nelson said the combination broadens InterProse’s ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions across the collections ecosystem. Beam CEO Tom Noble said joining InterProse will help accelerate Beam’s product roadmap and enhance support, while maintaining the same customer-focused values. InterProse added that Beam’s leadership and team will remain in place, operating with access to InterProse’s resources and infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.
