Invesco has launched Invesco Solutions & Custom Strategies, a new global platform bringing together the firm’s portfolio construction, customization and investment capabilities as clients increasingly seek tailored investment outcomes.
The platform is designed to provide a more integrated approach spanning investments, technology and client engagement, according to Clint Harris, Global Head of Invesco Solutions & Custom Strategies.
Invesco is positioning the new organization around the growing complexity of client portfolios and the need to combine investment expertise with customization capabilities rather than relying solely on standalone products.
The launch also includes the appointment of Darby Nielson as Chief Investment Officer of Multi-Asset Solutions.
Nielson brings more than two decades of experience overseeing investment research and portfolio management. He will work with Harris and the broader organization as Invesco builds out the new solutions platform.
By consolidating capabilities across portfolio construction and investment customization, Invesco is seeking to provide clients with solutions that can be designed around specific portfolio objectives.
The approach can involve combining different investment strategies, technologies and client requirements within a broader portfolio framework rather than treating each allocation independently.
Harris said Invesco has established a strong foundation for the platform and intends to continue expanding its capabilities and client partnerships.
The launch gives Invesco a dedicated global structure for delivering customized solutions at scale while strengthening its multi-asset investment leadership.
Nielson’s appointment also adds senior investment oversight to the platform as the firm expands the range of portfolio construction and customized investment solutions available to clients.
