Invisible Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire WeCP, an AI-native technical assessment and intelligence platform, to strengthen expert validation for high-precision AI workflows.
The acquisition will bring WeCP’s technical evaluation infrastructure into Invisible Technologies’ AI training platform, Meridial, enhancing the company’s ability to validate specialized talent involved in training and refining advanced AI systems. The announcement reflects a growing focus across the AI industry on improving the quality and reliability of human expertise used to develop and supervise increasingly complex AI models.
WeCP has built a large-scale technical assessment system designed to evaluate advanced domain expertise across industries such as engineering, banking, healthcare, finance, and other STEM fields. The platform has generated more than two million real-world technical interviews and created over 18,000 role-specific assessment frameworks to measure practical skills and reasoning in technical professionals.
The company has also developed infrastructure supporting reinforcement learning gyms and task simulation environments, allowing organizations to assess experts in scenarios that more closely mirror real-world workflows.
Invisible Technologies plans to integrate these capabilities into its broader AI infrastructure platform, which adapts models for enterprise use and incorporates human expertise to improve model performance. The company works with organizations across multiple sectors, including supply chain automation, defense simulations, and sports analytics.
Founded by NIT Trichy alumni Abhishek Kaushik and Mohit Goyal, WeCP initially focused on improving the generation of interview questions but later expanded into a full system for evaluating real-world technical skills and reasoning. Both founders, along with key members of the WeCP team, will join Invisible Technologies as part of the transaction and continue developing the platform’s expert assessment capabilities.
Invisible Technologies said the integration will accelerate its ability to evaluate specialists for high-stakes AI training environments where accuracy, domain knowledge, and scalable validation processes are critical.
The company, which has been profitable for more than five years, works with a range of major AI ecosystem partners, including Microsoft, AWS, and Cohere. Invisible Technologies was ranked the second fastest-growing AI company in 2024 and recently raised $100 million to expand its enterprise AI infrastructure platform.
KEY QUOTES
“The performance of advanced AI systems depends on trusted human expertise, and WeCP’s assessment engine has built one of the most extensively refined technical assessment libraries in the market. By integrating WeCP into Invisible’s AI training platform, Meridial, we’re raising the bar on precision and speed for expert evaluation across our platform while also accelerating our capabilities in RL gyms and simulated environments.”
Matt Fitzpatrick, CEO Of Invisible Technologies
“We built WeCP to solve a fundamental challenge: traditional talent vetting does not scale for high-impact, high-precision work. Joining Invisible allows us to extend our assessment frameworks into advanced AI training environments where rigor and accuracy are essential.”
