IonQ, AMD, And Qualcomm Back Classiq In Strategic Up-Round Exceeding $200 Million In Total Funding

By Amit Chowdhry ● Nov 13, 2025

Classiq announced a new strategic up-round that adds tens of millions of dollars to its capital base, bringing its total funding to more than $200 million. The round includes participation from AMD Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, and IonQ, along with backing from major financial institutions such as Mirae Asset Capital, LeumiTech77 by Bank Leumi, and Quantum Eretz. The investment reflects growing global interest in enterprise-grade quantum software as companies transition from experimental initiatives to real-world implementations at scale.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, Classiq continues to strengthen its position as a leading provider of quantum computing software, enabling enterprises, researchers, and developers to design, optimize, and deploy quantum algorithms across a range of hardware and cloud environments. The company noted that the combination of global technology investors and significant financial institutions demonstrates sustained momentum in the quantum market as hardware advances and demand for scalable software intensifies.

Classiq said it will continue to expand its global commercial footprint and deepen collaborations across both private and public sectors. The company plans to expand its support and delivery organization to align with growing customer needs, while broadening partnerships with key quantum hardware providers, cloud hyperscalers, and high-performance computing systems. These efforts build on existing collaborations with companies such as NVIDIA, Microsoft, and AWS, as well as work with enterprise customers including BMW Group, Comcast, Rolls-Royce, and SoftBank.

The company emphasized that its platform enables rapid onboarding for new teams and advanced optimization for expert users while offering strong integration across the broader quantum ecosystem. By providing capabilities that make algorithm development more efficient and reducing the expertise barrier traditionally required for quantum programming, Classiq positions itself as a critical software layer for organizations seeking practical, scalable quantum computing solutions.
