ISS Market Intelligence (ISS MI), part of ISS STOXX GmbH, has acquired Family Office Access, a U.S.-based intelligence provider focused on the family office wealth management ecosystem. The deal adds Family Office Access into ISS MI’s MarketPro platform, expanding the platform’s coverage across advisors, asset and wealth managers, insurers, fintech companies, and other participants in the investment industry.
ISS MI said the acquisition strengthens its position as a go-to-market intelligence provider by adding a global database of family office intelligence. The combined offering is designed to help clients identify and engage target investors as they seek to raise capital and grow. ISS MI said MarketPro will now provide intelligence spanning thousands of verified family office profiles, including direct contact information, investment mandates, and historical deal insights.
Family Office Access CEO and founder Danielle Patterson will join ISS MI as part of the transaction. ISS MI said Family Office Access adds experience in family office research, strategic support, and investor engagement, complementing ISS MI’s existing wealth and financial data, software, research, and analytics capabilities.
