ITE Management L.P. announced that it has acquired CS Leasing Holding PTE Ltd., a global container lessor specializing in ISO tank containers and dry freight specials.
The transaction adds approximately 55,000 container units deployed across four continents to ITE’s portfolio, strengthening its presence across multiple freight transportation sectors. By incorporating ISO tank containers and dry freight specials alongside its existing rail, chassis, dry container, and aviation assets, ITE is expanding its intermodal capabilities and positioning itself to better serve global logistics markets.
CS Leasing supports a wide range of industries, including chemicals, food, industrial, and mining, where safety, reliability, and fleet quality are critical. The acquisition reflects ITE’s broader strategy of investing in essential-use transportation infrastructure with long-term, stable lease profiles.
The deal follows ITE’s earlier acquisition of Milestone Chassis and underscores its continued focus on scaling its intermodal platform as global supply chains demand more integrated and flexible logistics solutions.
Support: Advisors on the transaction included Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as financial co-advisor to ITE, with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP serving as legal counsel. Fox Rothschild LLP acted as legal counsel to CS Leasing.
