ITRS To Buy IP-Label To Bolster Digital Experience Monitoring

By Amit Chowdhry • Jan 10, 2026

ITRS, a provider of real-time IT monitoring and observability software for financial services and regulated industries, said it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire IP-Label, a France-headquartered Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) provider, to strengthen its DEM capabilities and expand its presence in Europe.

IP-Label serves more than 310 enterprise customers across 25 countries through its AI-powered Ekara platform, which provides synthetic transaction monitoring (STM), real user monitoring (RUM), and AI-driven incident triage aimed at identifying and resolving performance issues before they affect customers or employees. The Ekara platform supports monitoring for complex web applications, thick client applications, business-critical systems, mobile apps, self-service kiosks, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and can be deployed in cloud, self-hosted, or hybrid environments. IP-Label also offers a Test Automation platform, which ITRS said complements its existing DEM offering and broader infrastructure and application monitoring products.

ITRS said the combined platform will provide end-to-end observability across IT infrastructure, application performance, and digital experience, with hybrid deployment and configuration options targeted to complex, regulated environments. The company also said IP-Label brings an established partner ecosystem and global service partners. IP-Label has been recognized in Gartner’s 2024 and 2025 Magic Quadrants for Digital Experience Monitoring, according to the announcement.

The transaction is expected to close in mid-January 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
