Itibari-Waynne & Partners and VYRE Network have activated their partnership with exclusive programming for VYRE Business News Global as IWP prepares to formally open its financing platform in the first quarter of 2027.
The first projects under the relationship include The Plug and a second season of VBNGtv original series self!
IWP describes itself as an agentic financing platform for creator-led projects.
The company is inviting creators, investors, lenders, vendors and apprentices to begin engaging with the platform ahead of its formal launch.
The Plug will debut this fall as a video podcast hosted by Grammy Award-winning producer Bruce Waynne, founder and CEO of IWP, and Itibari Zulu, IWP President and Chief Investment Officer of VYRE.
The series will feature conversations with entrepreneurs, financiers, investors and entertainers about capital access, ownership and company building.
The program is named after PLUG, IWP’s dedicated funding agent.
The Plug is also the first project financed under IWP’s model and is intended to serve as a proof of concept for the financing platform.
IWP said its approach layers risk protection with identifiable repayment sources.
Depending on a transaction, as much as 80% of financing may be supported through mechanisms including insurance-backed credit enhancements, government incentives, tax credits, minimum guarantees, presales and distribution commitments.
IWP is also providing funding for the second season of self!, an acronym for Self-Empowerment Lessons Flourished.
The presentation-style series features business leaders discussing how they have developed and expanded their companies.
Both programs will be available through VBNGtv, the VYRE app and connected-TV and mobile platforms including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, iOS and Android.
