Integrated Water Services announced that it has acquired Tetrasolv Filtration, a provider of specialized filtration, separation, mobile media services, and water treatment rentals. The transaction closed on June 22, 2026.
IWS is a provider of modular wastewater treatment and reuse systems. The company is owned by Sciens Water, an investor in the U.S. and global water sectors.
The acquisition expands IWS’s capabilities across advanced water treatment, rentals, media filtration, field services, and turnkey wastewater treatment solutions.
IWS said the deal accelerates its strategy to redefine the water lifecycle by combining Tetrasolv’s advanced purification systems with IWS’s wastewater treatment platform and aftermarket services.
The acquisition follows IWS’s recent acquisition of Complete Filtration Resources, which expanded the company’s advanced process filtration capabilities into the dairy, food, and beverage markets.
IWS said the combination of these acquisitions creates a technology platform for industrial and municipal mid-market clients.
The company said the expanded platform will deliver treatment technologies including membrane bioreactors, specialized aeration, and advanced media filtration.
Tetrasolv has experienced growth driven by market demand across purification and remediation sectors, including PFAS remediation.
By joining IWS, Tetrasolv gains additional corporate infrastructure, capital, engineering depth, and nationwide service capabilities to support larger turnkey infrastructure programs.
Tetrasolv will operate as a subsidiary of the IWS group.
The company will maintain its manufacturing headquarters in Anderson, Indiana, along with strategic service centers in Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
Founded in 1995, Tetrasolv provides water treatment rental systems, custom-engineered filtration equipment, media removal and replacement services, and field support for industrial, municipal, environmental, and remediation applications.
The company operates from a 230,000-square-foot ASME-certified fabrication facility in Anderson, Indiana.
IWS said the combined organization will use its expanded footprint to accelerate sustainable water reclamation and environmental remediation deployments across the United States.
