Jabil Reports Q4 Revenue Of $10.6 Billion And FY2026 Revenue Of $36 Billion

Jabil reported preliminary fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net revenue of $10.6 billion as the manufacturing services company closed a year marked by strong growth in AI infrastructure and other end markets.

For the quarter ended August 31, 2026, Jabil generated U.S. GAAP operating income of $602 million and GAAP diluted earnings per share of $3.76. Core operating income was $675 million, while core diluted earnings per share reached $4.40.

For the full fiscal year, net revenue reached $36.0 billion, representing 21% growth. GAAP operating income totaled $1.7 billion and GAAP diluted EPS was $9.75. Core operating income reached $2.1 billion, with core diluted EPS of $13.09.

Jabil also generated more than $1.5 billion of adjusted free cash flow during fiscal 2026 while expanding its core operating margin by 40 basis points.

The company said growth was supported by increasing demand for AI infrastructure along with strength across automotive, healthcare, energy infrastructure, defense and aerospace, and warehouse and retail automation.

For the first quarter of fiscal 2027, Jabil expects net revenue between $10.6 billion and $11.4 billion. GAAP operating income is projected between $481 million and $541 million, with GAAP diluted EPS ranging from $2.78 to $3.18.

Core first-quarter operating income is expected between $592 million and $652 million, with core diluted EPS between $3.80 and $4.20.

For the full 2027 fiscal year, Jabil expects revenue of $44.5 billion, which would represent approximately 24% growth. The company forecasts a core operating margin of 6.1%, up approximately 30 basis points, and core diluted EPS of $17.55, representing projected growth of 34%.

Adjusted free cash flow for fiscal 2027 is expected to be approximately $1.6 billion.

Jabil said the outlook reflects expanding customer relationships and committed business supporting newly added capacity. The company continues to take on more engineering, supply chain and manufacturing responsibilities for customers while maintaining what it describes as an asset-light operating model.

Jabil operates more than 100 sites globally and provides engineering, supply chain and manufacturing services across a broad range of industries.
