Jack and Sage announced it has acquired 100% of the assets, intellectual property, and inventory of sustainable apparel brand Kastlfel, expanding its presence in premium destination retail programs across national parks, ski resorts, and outdoor destinations.

The Colorado-based outdoor apparel company said the transaction also includes a strategic partnership with Kastlfel’s parent company, Ecocentric Brands, which will continue handling screen print decoration in Denver using the same water-based, sustainability-driven standards that have defined the brand since its founding. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Jack and Sage has built its reputation around premium logo apparel sold in national parks, ski resorts, and other outdoor destinations. By integrating Kastlfel into its platform, the company said it will expand into the broader sustainable basics and logo wear market while maintaining its design-focused positioning.

Kastlfel produces apparel made exclusively from sustainable materials such as organic cotton, recycled cotton, and recycled polyester. The company said its factories and production facilities are certified under global standards that cover environmental processes, chemical management, and ethical labor practices.

With the acquisition, Jack and Sage will expand its product offerings across kids’, women’s, and men’s apparel and accessories while strengthening its custom artwork capabilities and sustainable screen printing operations in Denver. The combined organization will also provide low minimum custom programs and a wider assortment of apparel products.

Both companies are headquartered in Denver. Over the next 12 to 24 months, the company plans to expand its product assortment beyond tees into hoodies, crew necks, beanies, and caps. The combined organization also expects to increase hiring across design, production, and wholesale operations as it scales.
