JDM Technology Group has acquired Dreeven Technologies, adding a collaborative construction project management platform used by more than 71,000 construction professionals to its global software portfolio.
Quebec-based Dreeven provides software that allows construction teams to manage project information across offices and jobsites.
Its platform includes tools for tracking jobsite progress, preparing daily reports, dispatching labor and equipment, managing timesheets, and coordinating project participants.
Dreeven will continue operating as a separate business within JDM Technology Group following the acquisition.
The company will retain its name, brand, existing management team, and governance structure.
JDM said the acquisition expands its construction technology portfolio and strengthens its presence in Quebec.
Dreeven joins existing Quebec-based JDM businesses Maestro and Mobile-Punch.
JDM’s broader construction and operations software portfolio includes Explorer Software, Computer Guidance, Penta Technologies, RedSky IT, CSSP, and numerous other businesses.
The acquisition increases JDM’s portfolio to more than 35 software companies.
JDM serves more than 18,000 customers across 40 countries and seven continents and employs more than 700 people.
Its software businesses serve industries spanning construction, design, operations, maintenance, and field service.
The company follows a long-term ownership model under which acquired businesses generally continue operating independently while gaining access to JDM’s resources and broader technology portfolio.
For Dreeven, the transaction comes as the company marks its 10th anniversary and expands adoption of its collaborative project management technology among contractors, developers, project owners, and other construction professionals.
