Jedify Raises $24 Million Series A To Build Context Graphs For Enterprise AI Agents

Jedify announced a $24 million Series A financing round led by Norwest, with strategic participation from Snowflake Ventures and support from existing investors S Capital VC and Cerca Partners, along with new investor Oceans Ventures.

The latest financing follows the company’s $8.5 million seed round in 2023 and brings total funding to more than $33 million. Assaf Harel, a partner at Norwest, will join Jedify’s board of directors.

The company plans to use the proceeds to accelerate product development, expand go-to-market efforts and grow its workforce as it addresses what it sees as a critical challenge in enterprise AI: providing AI agents with accurate runtime business context.

According to Jedify, enterprise data is often fragmented across data warehouses, SaaS applications, CRMs, financial systems and unstructured sources such as documents, Slack conversations and meeting recordings. Without that context, AI agents either hallucinate or consume excessive tokens processing irrelevant information.

Jedify’s platform automatically creates customer-specific context graphs through its patent-pending Semantic Fusion technology. The system combines structured operational data with unstructured knowledge to create continuously updated semantic models that capture business definitions, relationships, permissions and operational assumptions.

The company said the resulting context graphs provide AI agents with the information needed to deliver more accurate and cost-efficient responses while reducing hallucinations and token waste. The platform is model-agnostic, enabling customers to work with multiple AI providers without vendor lock-in.

Jedify is also collaborating with Snowflake to integrate with Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities, including Semantic Views, Cortex Analyst and Snowflake CoWork, in order to help enterprises unify business context across analytics and AI workflows.

Founded in New York, Jedify develops infrastructure for enterprise AI applications and agentic workflows by connecting structured and unstructured organizational knowledge into continuously evolving context graphs.

KEY QUOTES:

“In order for an agentic workflow to really work well for an enterprise at scale, it needs a very deep understanding of that business. Enterprise data is fragmented across systems, definitions, permissions, and workflows. Jedify turns that fragmented knowledge into a live context graph that agents can use to produce accurate, cost-efficient, business-ready answers.”

Assaf Henkin, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jedify

“Enterprise AI agents can’t reason accurately from stitched-together connectors and warehouses alone. Jedify’s context graphs give our agents and analysts the business context they need to operate at Weather Company scale, providing the missing infrastructure for agentic workflows, and a faster path to answers for our teams.”

Matthew Drooker, Chief Technology Officer, The Weather Company

“Jedify is solving a foundational problem by autonomously fusing structured and unstructured data into a context graph that gets smarter with every interaction. Its compounding value and model-agnostic approach give enterprises flexibility rather than lock-in, which is exactly the kind of durable infrastructure layer we look for. We’re excited to partner with the Jedify team as they enable enterprises to continuously generate actual value from their proprietary data.”

Assaf Harel, Partner, Norwest

“Enterprises are increasingly looking for AI systems that can reason reliably across both structured and unstructured business contexts. Jedify’s Semantic Fusion technology and deep integration with Snowflake Cortex AI, including Semantic Views, Cortex Analyst, and Snowflake CoWork, help customers operationalize trusted business semantics directly within Snowflake, accelerating the adoption of enterprise AI and agentic applications at scale.”
