The Jeff Wyler Automotive Family (JWAF) said it has acquired Midwest Auto Group (MAG), a move the company described as a major step in its expansion into premium and ultra-luxury automotive retail.

As part of the transaction, the organization will be rebranded as The Wyler Collection (TWC), consolidating 14 luxury automotive brands on a single campus and positioning the site as a one-stop destination for high-end vehicle sales and service. JWAF said the campus concept is designed to create a differentiated luxury retail model by pairing a broad brand lineup with a concierge-style ownership experience.

The acquisition adds 14 luxury brands that were previously new to JWAF, including Ferrari, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, Volvo, Volkswagen, Audi, MINI, BMW, Jaguar, and Land Rover. With the addition of MAG, JWAF and The Wyler Collection now represent 35 total automotive franchises spanning entry-level transportation through ultra-luxury vehicles.

JWAF said the expanded portfolio will broaden its reach across Dublin, Ohio, the Greater Columbus region, and surrounding markets, while also strengthening its platform for long-term growth through increased operational scale and deeper relationships with automotive OEM partners.

David Wyler, CEO of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family, said the acquisition will be paired with a “cultural and operational evolution” at The Wyler Collection, including enhanced customer care standards, a concierge-style approach to sales and service, leadership accountability, and a greater emphasis on long-term customer relationships.

JWAF expects the transaction to add approximately $500 million in incremental annual revenue. The company also said it plans to increase community engagement through partnerships, local organizations, and charitable initiatives as the rebranded campus integrates into the broader JWAF footprint.

Customers should see initial updates immediately, with additional changes rolling out over the coming months as The Wyler Collection is fully integrated, the company said.

JWAF, which has operated for more than 50 years, runs multiple dealerships across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. The company’s Wyler Family Foundation contributes more than $1 million annually to the communities it serves.
