Jetty: Over $2 Million Raised For Agentic AI Infrastructure Platform

Jetty announced it raised more than $2 million in pre-seed funding to accelerate development of infrastructure designed to support reliable deployment of autonomous AI agents in production environments. The financing round was led by AQC Capital and Hidden Layers Capital, with participation from Mila Ventures, Akinox, and angel investors with experience scaling AI systems at companies including Google and Meta AI.

Jetty develops infrastructure software for agentic AI workflows, enabling organizations to deploy autonomous AI systems in sandboxed execution environments while maintaining traceability, evaluation, and continuous improvement capabilities.

The company said many AI systems currently perform effectively in demonstrations but struggle in production environments due to operational complexity, limited oversight, and unreliable execution. Jetty’s platform is designed to address those limitations by allowing AI agents to execute workflows, evaluate their own performance, and iteratively improve with human oversight.

According to Jetty, its infrastructure combines structured runbooks, isolated execution environments, audit trails, and evaluation frameworks that enable AI systems to trace decisions from instruction through output generation.

The company said enterprises increasingly require reliable deployment infrastructure and auditability as autonomous AI systems move into customer-facing and mission-critical applications.

Jetty plans to use the funding to accelerate product development, expand its engineering organization, and support enterprise customer deployments of agentic AI systems.

The company’s leadership team includes founder and CEO Jonathan Lebensold, former Paper CTO and COO Roberto Cipriani, and COO Tracy Milner.

KEY QUOTES:

“Enterprises need a way to deploy their models with the kind of audit trail required to build trust with their customers. Jetty is solving this critical pain point to allow AI to be reliably deployed.”

Alex Shee, Mila Ventures

“Most AI systems today are still fragile, they work in isolation but break under real-world complexity. Jetty gives AI agents a mission, not just a prompt. By combining structured runbooks, isolated execution environments, and rigorous evaluation, we enable systems that can run, assess themselves, and iterate with a human in the loop until they meet a defined quality bar.”

Jonathan Lebensold, Founder And CEO, Jetty

“As AI systems become more autonomous, ensuring they behave reliably in complex environments becomes a central challenge. Jetty is building critical infrastructure that enables these systems to evaluate their own performance and improve over time, something that will be essential as agentic AI moves into real-world applications.”
